Modular Operating Theatre

Operation theatre is that specialized facility of the hospital where life saving or life improving procedures are carried out on the human body by invasive methods under strict aseptic conditions in a controlled environment by specially trained personnel to promote healing and cure with maximum safety, comfort and economy. It is imperative that operation theatre (OT) is designed scientifically to ensure sterility, easy maintenance and effective utilization. A civil – mechanical –electrical – electronic – biomedical combination driven and co-ordinated by needs, preferences and safety of the medical surgical team forms the basis of planning, starting and maintaining an operation theatre.

Laminar Plenum

We offer a laminar planair system to reduce airborne bacteria in an operation theatre. The unidirectional laminar flow system delivery the clean filtered optimum air into the area in which the operation to be performed & sterile equipments are exposed. Our range of ceiling systems reduces the risk of post – operative infection. The systems is designed to allow the client to select from a variety of lighting and diffuser arrangements to suit the specific requirements of the operating team.

OT Lights

Surgical lights are specially designed to provide intense white light to make those minute details visible. It should be designed and installed in a way that the surgical area can be kept shadow- free. No UV or infrared lights should be emitted to safeguard the exposed tissue. Likewise, there are many details we keep in mind while manufacturing surgical OT lights in India.

Surgeon Control Panel

All the control for the modular operation theatre are located on a smart touch control panel flush mounted in the theatre wall panel. A remote electrical distribution board is provide to allow access the panel for repairing without any problem access to the theatre

Each Control panel contains:

  • Time Clock
  • Time elapse Clock
  • Temp & Humidity set point only
  • Plenum light control / General light /OT Light control
  • Gas Alarm System
  • Hand Free Phone

Antistatic Conductive Tile Flooring

A floor screed would be provided, flat to within a tolerance of +/-3mm over any 3 sq. Meter area, The floor finish should terminate at the room perimeter passing over a concealed coving former and continuing up the wall for 4’. All joints have welded to provide a joint less sealed surface. The floor have an electrical resistance & the floor in the operating room have 2mm conductive PVC tiles, laid on a semi conductive adhesive base.

Hermetically Sealing Sliding Door

Hermetically sealing of Automatic Sliding door of size 1500 x 2100 mm having high density particle board cores high pressure laminated faced on both sides, viewing window 300 x 300 mm and for smooth effortless sliding, the doors run on nylon wheels within an aluminium extrusion track.

Air Handling Unit

An Air Handling Unit (AHU) does three tasks i.e. it first collects outside air to condition it again and finally, it supplies this conditioned air inside the building as fresh air. This reconditioning and circulation does a few crucial tasks of ventilation, warming inside the atmosphere, and works as an air conditioner.
